Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our business development efforts in the cashew, agriculture, and organic sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing business strategies, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the cashew, agriculture, and organic sectors.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and growth in the cashew, agriculture, and organic sectors.
- Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnerships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and farmers.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create new and innovative products that meet the needs of the market.
- 5. Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s revenue.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Sourcing and Procurement: Source high-quality cashews from suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
- Cashew Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create new and innovative cashew products.
- Cashew Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the cashew market.
- Agriculture Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the agriculture sector.
- Farmer Engagement: Engage with farmers to understand their needs and develop strategies to support them.
- Agriculture Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to create new and innovative agriculture products.
- Organic Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain relationships with organic suppliers and ensure that all organic products are sourced responsibly.
- Organic Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the organic market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Strong knowledge of the cashew, agriculture, and organic industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
